Description

The electric hydraulic check wear tester enables the finding and localization of wear in bearings on chassis parts such as king pins, bushes, ball and socket joints and steering components. The recessed plates can move the wheels backwards and forwards and from side to side. The user has the choice of 3 different processor controlled programs, which are operated through a handset integrated in a torch. The hydraulic unit has a quiet oil submerged motor and pump fitted out of the way in a corner or on the head wall of the pit.

Details such as solid rams, cast guides, reinforced installation box and galvanized drive on plates come together to make a unit that will withstand the rough treatment in the workshop. This unit is particularly useful with all the new checks on truck that are now required.
