Dubai metro paintbooth is the UAE first metro paintbooth installed by DaTo. Mobile paintbooth is runs on the track to paint each and every bogie. DaTo Metro paintbooth uses fiber glass filter for exhaust air filtration.It uses explosion proof led lights. Exhaust gas treatment with M type charcoal filtration. It has two control panels. Primary control panel is used to move the paintbooth to front and back. And it can control through wireless remote. Its second control panel is used for air handling unit.

Painting is happen on 5 stages. Each location have AHU unit and it docks with the paintbooth. AHU unit has ladders, which are used to connect Inlet and exhaust ducts. This project is certified emission, safety and electrical installation. Metro paintbooth curtains are fire proof and also easy flexible with magnets.
